Estimates are estimates

Every price, PSI figure, dwell time and mix ratio on this site is a planning aid built from published trade data. Job pricing depends on your local labour cost, water access, disposal rules and the condition of the actual surface. Measure the site and price your own work.

Surface damage risk

Pressure washing damages surfaces when the wrong pressure, nozzle or chemistry is used, and sodium hypochlorite injures skin, eyes and plants. Nothing here replaces the manufacturer’s instructions, the chemical’s safety data sheet, or your own judgement on site.

The printable bid, estimate and invoice templates are provided as-is for your own commercial use. They are not legal documents and have not been reviewed by a lawyer in your state.
